Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of my shop. However, I will refund you or replace the item, if it is damaged during transit or if the item is defective. Just email me about what happened ([email protected]) and I'll be happy to help!

Q: What if I don't like my order?

A: Always email me at [email protected] with any concerns and I'll do my best to help. If I made a mistake or your if order is damaged during transit,  you will be sent a replacement. It's situational and depends on what happened, so make sure to email me to explain.

Shipping & Turn Around Time

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, I am only able to ship to the U.S. at this time! 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: It depends on the product, so please look at the "Shipping details" section in the product description. 
Products that are custom can take 1-2 weeks to complete dependent of material availability. Non-custom products takes 5-7 days.  With custom Wedding Invitations that can be determined at the initial meeting. 

Q: Is it possible to get an item finished and shipped sooner than the normal turn around time?

A: It depends, so please email me BEFORE you purchase.
